2026 Exhibiton

The club is looking forward to the 2026 exhibition which will be held at the Maritime Museum in Irvine on 24th & 25th January 2026.

Watch the website or click the Facebook link below for updates.

2025 Exhibiton

For the first time in over 50 years the club had to cancel the annual exhibition.

Storm Éowyn hit the West of Scotland during the morning of Friday 24 January 2025. When it made landfall, it caused extensive damage to buildings, uprooted trees, overturned lorries and caused power cuts. One of the buildings damaged was the Linthouse Buidling at the Maritime Museuam in Irvine. The Met Office had also issueed a Red Weather Warning meaning that all but essential travel was discouraged.

As Friday is an essential day in the event preparations, we had no option but to cancel the whole event on safety grounds.

Sadly an alternative date suitable to everyone wanting to exhibit could not be found.

2024 Exhibition

We held a very successful annual exhibition on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of January 2024 at the Scottish Maritime Museum in Irvine.

The Exhibition was well attended and feedback was generally good.

We are now moving towards the 2025 Exhibition in the Scottish Maritime Museum on January 25th and 26th 2025. We already have verbal agreements from our Traders to return next year.

We are hoping that most, if not all, the Groups and Societies which attended will return in 2025.

We also hope to have craft stands back.

Thanks to everyone - Traders, Societies, Craft Stands, those who provided layouts, people

who attended the Exhibition, members of Kilmarnock Club and the staff at the Museum who all contributed to the success of the 2024 Exhibition.
